UX Design Project Estimation
In the past I’ve often underestimated how long a project will take and then faced having to ask stakeholders for more time. In response, I built this handy little tool to give me a rough idea of how long I’m likely going to need to complete all the steps on a project.
I use this tool after I’ve gathered initial requirements and have some idea of what is likely to be built. Remember it’s aim is to quickly give you an idea of timescales. If you have more in-depth tools for quote building etc, please keep using them for that purpose.
